SPORTS !!!

Due to shorter working hours and a higher incidence of unemployment people of all ages find that they have a good deal of free time on their hands. It is in their own interest and in the interest of the public at large that these people are made aware of how to utilize this time engaging in activities which are a source of health, fitness, well-being and enjoyment.
Sport is particularly beneficial in promoting a positive self image. The individual who lacks confidence and who has a poor opinion or image of himself finds it difficult to interact in todays world where the high achiever reigns. The fit person generally looks and feels better as a result of his fitness.This is not just a state of mind as medical research has shown that as a result of the tightening up of flabby muscles, the loss of excess fat, the improvement in heart,lung and circulation efficiency due to exercise the individual feels,looks,and acts more positively. This makes him more confident in his dealings with other people in a variety of situations.
